KoMail terms of use

  1. Service: KoMail provides mailboxes on the customer's own domain. The provider is KOMORI (株式会社コモリ).
  2. Domain and DNS: the customer must lawfully own the domain and configure MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC as instructed. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect DNS.
  3. Activation: after DNS verification and KOMORI's approval. We may decline a sign-up without giving reasons.
  4. Storage: each mailbox has 500 MB, 1 GB or 2 GB. When full, incoming mail bounces to the sender and sending stops.
  5. Limits and prohibited use: new customers may send to up to 50 recipients per hour and 200 per day. Bulk or marketing mail, sending to people who did not opt in, spam, sender spoofing and illegal content are prohibited. Violations may lead to suspension without notice.
  6. Price: monthly fee per mailbox (excl. tax) plus consumption tax. Online payment by card (Stripe).
  7. Cancellation and data: mailboxes and data are deleted 30 days after cancellation. Save anything you need beforehand.
  8. Liability: we make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but are not liable for outages, maintenance or damages, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
